Keith Shepherd has years of experience successfully handling a variety of complex legal matters. Keith is a graduate of Gonzaga University School of Law where he achieved Magna Cum Laude honors. Following law school, Keith spent the first eight years of his law practice working for a prestigious downtown Portland law firm where he handled a wide variety of litigation and business matters.
Whereas many lawyers believe it is their responsibility to control and dictate the course of a case, Keith believes strongly in working cooperatively with his clients so that the client’s goals can be achieved on the client’s terms. Keith takes great pleasure in working with and educating clients regarding the law and the various risks that are attached to any given case or course of action. This allows the client to participate in the decision-making process and understand why specific courses of action are being suggested or sought.
Keith is a member of the Oregon State Bar and the Multnomah County Bar Association. In addition, Keith is admitted to practice law in the US District Court for the District of Oregon.
